Being an urban environment, we have a lot of foot-traffic in and around the neighborhood. If you’ve ever had a package delivered and gone missing, you know how frustrating it can be.
For those times that you know you will be out of town (Holidays, Vacations, etc.), and expect packages to be delivered, you can call the UPS or FedEx Customer Centers and have your package(s) held at that location for pick-up. Additionally you can complete a Hold Mail Form for USPS.

UPS locations will be closed 12/25, 12/31 and 01/1. Please note that during the holiday season, hours are subject to change. A Government Issued Photo ID is required when shipping or picking up a package. Please refer to InfoNotice for Same Day Will Call package pickup and instructions.

Regarding USPS (United States Postal Services) Packages, if they can fit in your mailbox slot, then the postal carrier will typically include them there. We have not been able to utilize the larger “package” boxes designated at the Mail Boxes (if you would like to coordinate an effort to have the package boxes utilized, please contact the Board so that we can organize a petition/response to the local post office at West Gray (submit a contact eform here indicating your willingness!).
