Architectural Request

Submit a request to make architectural changes to a property within the community.

Please send the following information in the body of your email request.

1. Address: I (we) are the legal owner(s) of the above-described unit.

2. Proposed Architectural Request: Include a brief description of the improvements requested.

3. Documentation of Existing Conditions:  Please provide pictures of the area(s) of proposed improvements requested.

4. Product Description:  Include Product images, links to product description.

5. Proposed Improvement Work: Indicate the Contractor or Vendor that will be completing the work.

After the submission is received additional information and requirements for the proposed improvements may be requested by the HOA/Property Manager.
